He handles many other financial aspects of the company, including creating and maintaining balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Alongside these tasks, Giannitti is responsible for supervising all payrolls, developing internal control systems, and overseeing day-to-day accounting and payroll operations.

Ultimately, Giannitti decided to sell UniBankCard. After assessing the market, he concluded that the market was too saturated for the company to continue on its trajectory. While this was a difficult decision, it did open the door for new opportunities and challenges.
